Tryilluminate's Return & Exchange Policy

At Tryilluminate, we are committed to providing excellent service while maintaining a balanced return process. Please read our return policy carefully.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We accept returns of Tryilluminate products purchased from www.tryilluminate.co within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below. All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Support Team. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Non-refundable items: Shipping fees and any Accusheild Shipping Protection are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@tryilluminate.co within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any discrepancies, or within 30 days for general returns.
  2. Approval Process: Once your return is approved, our team will provide you with detailed return instructions. 
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent using tracked postage to ensure traceability. Sunna Supplements is not liable for lost or undelivered packages.
  4. Return SlipInclude a return slip inside your parcel, with your order number and reason for the return. Failure to include the return slip may result in delays or a rejected refund.

Bundle Deals & Free Items

If you purchased a bundle deal that included a free item, this item must also be returned along with the rest of the bundle. The "free" item is only free if the entire bundle is kept. If you do not return the free item, we will deduct the full retail value of the free item from your refund.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products that have been opened or used may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
  • Returns received after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received a defective product, please contact us at support@tryilluminate.co  with your order number and a photo of the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and returns must be sent using tracked postage for full traceability. Tryilluminate is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Shipping costs and protection services are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you do not receive your refund after the confirmation email, please check with your bank and credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items: Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Shipping costs: These are non-refundable.

Lost or Missing Packages

Tryilluminate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows the package was delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Please contact your courier for assistance.

Cancelling or Amending Orders

We cannot cancel or amend orders 24 hours after it is placed. For weekend or holiday orders, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you accordingly. Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
